About our bouquets
Where do you sell graduation bouquets? We operate pop-up stalls at graduation venues across the UK. We set up outside the ceremony venue on the day so you can collect your bouquet right there and then.
Which universities and venues are you attending? We announce our confirmed venues on our website and social media as soon as they're booked. Follow us on Instagram [@blossomoccasions] or check back here regularly for updates. If you'd like to register your interest for a specific university, please get in contact and we'll let you know as soon as it's confirmed.
How do I pre-order a bouquet? Simply browse our bouquet range, choose your bouquet, select your graduation date at checkout, and complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to collect on the day.
Are bouquets limited? Yes, we prepare a set number of bouquets per date to ensure quality and freshness. Pre-ordering is the only guaranteed way to secure yours. A small number may be available to purchase on the day, but we can't promise availability.
Can I buy a bouquet on the day without pre-ordering? We do bring a small number of walk-up bouquets to each event, but these are not guaranteed and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend pre-ordering.
What bouquets do you offer? We currently offer four hand-tied bouquet styles: Ivory Meadow, Soft Blush, Sage Blossom and Pink Champagne. Prices range from £19.99 to £49.99. Each listing includes full details on flowers, stem count and presentation.
What is your price range? Our graduation bouquets are priced from £29.99 to £44.99. We also offer a growing range of graduation gifts from £8, with gift bundles available for those who want to combine flowers and gifts.
Collection and delivery
How do I collect my bouquet? On graduation day, find our stall near the venue entrance and show us your order confirmation email. We'll hand over your bouquet, the whole process takes under a minute.
Do you deliver flowers? No, our bouquets are collection only, to ensure they arrive fresh and beautifully presented. We do offer a full range of graduation gifts available with home delivery.
Can gifts be delivered directly to the graduate? Absolutely. Just enter the graduate's address at checkout and we'll ship the gift directly to them. Many customers do this as a surprise before or after graduation day.
What payment methods do you accept? Online pre-orders are paid through our secure Shopify checkout using any major debit or credit card. At our stalls on graduation day, we accept card, cash and contactless payments.
Can I cancel or change my bouquet order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the cutoff date stated at checkout.
What happens if I don't collect my bouquet? Uncollected bouquets cannot be refunded, as stated in our refund policy. If you're unable to attend, please let us know in advance so we can discuss your options.
Can someone else collect on my behalf? Yes, just make sure they have your order confirmation email so we can match the order.
Gifts
Are gifts shipped separately from bouquets? Yes. Bouquets are collection only. Gifts are shipped separately and delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
How long does gift delivery take? Delivery times vary by product. Estimated delivery is 8-16 business days. If you need a gift by a specific date, check the listing carefully or contact us and we'll advise.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalisation? Some of our gifts come with personalisation options (such as name necklaces). Details are shown on individual product pages. Gift wrapping options are coming soon.
